Terms and Conditions Thaihoneymoons.com makes arrangements with suppliers who provide travel services such as wholesalers, cruises, hotels, air lines, ground transportation, car rental or other activities that you have booked through us and does not own, manage, control any of these suppliers. These Service Providers have their own terms and conditions Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the Service Providers liability to you, usually in accordance with the applicable International Conventions. Please read the terms and conditions before making any bookings.
Credit Card Payments:
Authorization to use your credit card number for payment indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft.
Deposits and Final Balances:
Deposits amounts are due at time of booking and non-refundable. Non-refundable final balances are due upon date provided by us. Failure to pay final balances can result in cancellation of your booking and full cancellation penalties will apply.
Cancelation Penalties are outlined by travel suppliers or in your Agreement with us.
Special Requests:
Is just that. Requests can be made but not guaranteed.
Customs & Immigration:
Customs and/or immigration officials can deny a person entry into their country at their own discretion. A previous criminal record could be an obstacle in international travel. Thiahoneymoons.com cannot be held responsible for denied entry under any circumstances.
Documentation:
Thiahoneymoons.com strongly recommends that you carry a valid passport when travelling outside of Canada It is your responsibility to determine what documentation is required for travel to your destination and for your return to Canada. Thai will assume no responsibility whatsoever for passenger(s) denied carriage by the airline or refused entry into any country. Canadian citizens can contact Foreign Affairs Canada at http://www.voyage.gc.ca for assistance in obtaining this information. Citizens of other countries should check with the relative Tourist Board or Consular Office of the destination which they are intending to visit. MyWeddingAwayTravel.com strongly recommends that you carry a valid passport when travelling outside of Canada.
Flights and Carriers:
All flight times, flight itineraries, carriers and aircraft types are subject to change with or without notice. Reconfirming Flight Times: It is your responsibility to confirm your flight departure times at least 24 hours prior to departure. Some airlines will have schedule changes and your flight time may differ to what is stated on your Itinerary. We recommend that you reconfirm your onward and return flights at least 3 days prior to each journey. Thiahoneymoons.com is not responsible for schedule changes.
Baggage:
Please check with the Airline you are traveling with for their Baggage allowance and restrictions. There may be charges for excess baggage. Please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover your belongings throughout your holiday.

Be aware that different living standards and practices exist outside of Canada, including but not limited utilities, i.e. water and electricity, accommodations, services of all kinds, food, food preparation, water quality, security, insects, wildlife or weather conditions.
Travel Insurance:
We offer RBC insurance and it is strongly recommended that all travellers obtain adequate insurance coverage to protect themselves should they be obliged to cancel a holiday due to health problems or unforeseen circumstances.

Please make sure your names are spelled correctly on your travel documents and match your passport or legal documents that you are traveling with.
